Antonio began their career as an educational support staff and later moved into the nonprofit field to work in community organizations carrying out Youth Development work. He currently serves as a Middle School Youth Development Manager for Camp Fire Columbia's Teen Programs department.

Antonio is dedicated to supporting young people to find their spark and envisioning a future where they not only have access to resources to succeed but each have a network of adults working in partnership with them for their success. 

Antonio is also a Senior at Portland State Univeristy and works as the lead Youth Futures Fellow in the Office of the President and is a Peer Mentor for the University Studies Department. 

Antonio started ASG Consulting LLC because of the limited opportunities for Professional Development in the Youth Development ecosystems of Portland. Due to the capitalist structures of the Non-Profit funding system Youth Development Organizations are limited in the amount they can spend outside of direct services. We can have as many programs doing great work but if we don't invest in the professional growth of staff, our programs will not be robust, staff retention will suffer and we will find ourselves in square one again and again.
