ASG Consulting is a Youth Development consulting firm that provides affordable, culturally responsive and trauma informed professional development, vision planning, youth workshops and networking opportunities for youth development organizations and professionals. 

There are many youth development organizations doing great work to empower our young people in Portland. Unfortunately there are limited opportunities for professional development for our youth workers. Often, as youth development professionals we rely on our collective knowledge to create trainings. This takes time away from the time we spend with young people, ASG Consulting is here to provide PD opportunities so that staff can do what they do best, show up for young people.
